Why can’t I open my bill in My UPC?
The bill can’t be opened until 2 days after it has been created, even if it can already be viewed in My UPC with the bill total.
How can I get my UPC bill as an eBill?
For this you need to log in to your e-banking account. There you can activate the eBill function for your UPC bills.
Where can I change my billing address?
You can change your billing address in My UPC under “Bills & payments”.
Can I change the payment deadline for my UPC bill?
In My UPC under “Bill Settings” you can change your payment deadline. You can select whether you would to prefer to pay your bills at the beginning or at the end of the month. The date you receive the bill may also change, depending on the payment deadline you select.
If you pay your bills by direct debit, it is not possible to change the payment deadline. In this case it is always set for the beginning of the month.
Where can I view my previous UPC bills?
In My UPC you can access your bills from the last 12 months at no charge under “Bills & payments”. If you would like them in paper form, there is a charge of CHF 5 per bill copy.

PAPERLESS BILL
In My UPC you can indicate whether you would like to receive your bill in paper form by post (CHF 3 per bill) or electronically by e-mail/as eBill (free).
