WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR A CANCELLATION?
WHY AM I STILL GETTING A UPC BILL?
The usage fees for your UPC services are being billed retroactively as always. This is why you are getting a bill even though the last month of use is already past.
If you cancelled as of the end of April, for example, in May you will receive a bill for the usage fees incurred in April.
Please note: Additional costs may be incurred if loaned receivers are returned too late, not at all or with damage. Whether and by when you need to return your receiver is stated in your confirmation of cancellation.
