WHAT WILL MY BILL LOOK LIKE AFTER CHANGING MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Because of the change from your previous product to a new product, the following items will also be listed in your bill in addition to the usual items:

Credit for the previous month

This refund is for the period of time during which the previous product could no longer be used (pro rata).

Partial billing for the previous month

This amount is for the period of time during which the new product could already be used (pro rata).

Subscription prices and additional services

All subscription prices as well as any discounts (e.g. promotional offers) for the current month are listed here.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I changed my subscription last month. Why am I still being billed for my old subscription?

The price for the old subscription will be refunded pro rata for the period of time during which it could no longer be used. The corresponding credit will be shown on your bill after the subscription change.

 

Calls within Switzerland were always included for me. Why am I now being charged for calls?

It is possible that the scope of services changed with your subscription change (depending on the new subscription you chose).
