Does MyPrime still exist?
No, MyPrime is no longer available. MyPrime was an OnDemand offer on a subscription basis which provided access to a media library of films and series.
If you would like to watch films and series regularly on demand, we recommend our monthly subscription “Starzplay”.
What do I do if I have forgotten the PIN for my TV Box?
Here’s how to change the PIN for the UPC TV Box:
1. Open the UPC TV App or upctv.ch.
2. Go to “Settings”.
3. Select “Parental control” and click on “Change PIN”. Now you can reset your PIN.
The PIN for parental control and for the UPC TV Box is identical.
Here’s how to change the PIN for the Horizon Box/Mediabox:
1. Open “Options” in the main menu.
2. Click on the “Parental control and PIN” section.
3. Change your PIN.
You have never changed or personalized your PIN?
Then the standard PIN for your device is active:
UPC TV Box / UPC TV App / Horizon Box: 0000
Mediabox: 1234
We recommend that you change or personalize the standard PIN for the UPC TV Box or Horizon Box as described above.
How can I subscribe to Starzplay or Premium Plus?
Starzplay
1. Log in to My UPC.
2. In the “Products” (TV) section go to “Order channels”.
3. At the end of the page, click on “More entertainment for the entire family”.
4. Select “Add” to subscribe to Starzplay.
Starzplay will be activated for you within 48 hours and the subscription can be cancelled monthly.
Premium Plus
1. Log in to My UPC.
2. In the “Products” (TV) section go to “Order channels”.
3. At the end of the page, click on “Our recommendations”.
4. Add Premium Plus and order the subscription.
Premium Plus will be activated for you within 48 hours and the subscription can be cancelled monthly.
How do I pay for the films and series I book?
When you book films or series, these are listed on your monthly UPC bill under “Usage fees”. So you simply pay for the films and series you have used as part of your UPC bill.
