USING WIFI TO CONNECT THE UPC TV BOX WITH THE CONNECT BOX

For the best possible connection, we recommend that you connect your UPC TV Box to the Connect Box via a LAN cable. Click here to go to the LAN cable connection page.


Nevertheless, it may happen that you have to connect using wifi, e.g. if:

 

1. Your TV Box is too far away from the modem.

 

2. You're not using a LAN cable yet.

 

If this is the case or for any other reason, please follow the steps below to connect using wifi.

STEP 1

SELECT THE CONNECTION TO YOUR CONNECT BOX

Go to the Settings menu of your UPC TV Box and select "Network". Here you can select the type of connection (see figure).

Now select the option “WIFI”.

Now select the option “WIFI”.

CHOOSE YOUR NETWORK AND ENTER YOUR PASSWORD

Please select the desired wifi network and enter the password. (If the password has not been changed, you can find it on the bottom of the Connect Box).

YOUR WIFI HAS NOW BEEN INSTALLED

Your UPC TV Box is now connected to the modem using wifi. If you want to check your connection, click on "Diagnosis" and follow the next steps.

Your UPC TV Box starts a self-diagnosis to measure the signal quality of your UPC TV Box.
