TROUBLESHOOTING
NOT ENTITLED TO WATCH CHANNEL
I CAN FIND A CHANNEL, BUT I AM NOT ENTITLED TO WATCH IT
Here's what you can do:
CHECK THE CHANNEL PACKAGES
Please check which packages include the channel that you want to watch to make sure that you are entitled to watch the desired channel.
CHECK YOUR TV SUBSCRIPTION
To make sure that you are subscribed to a package that contains the specific channel, please log into My UPC, go to the “My Products” area, click on the “TV” tab and check the section named “Channel Packages”.
If you see that the channel you wish to access is part of one of the packages that you are subscribed to, but you are still unable to watch it, please call us.
While calling, please keep in mind that you can refresh your channel subscription entitlements directly yourself by following the voice instructions.
