THE PICTURE ON MY TV IS BROKEN OR DISTORTED
Here's what you can do:
MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE USING THE RIGHT CABLE
Please make sure that the UPC TV Box is connected to the wall socket with the original coaxial cable, provided in the original UPC TV Box package. Please bear in mind that the compatibility of cables with older UPC products or from other providers is not guaranteed.
If you need a cable replacement because you cannot find the original cable, need a longer one or if the problem persists, please follow the link below or call us on 0800 66 88 66.
