UPC TV BOX: PROBLEMS WITH RECORDING
I CAN’T PROGRAMME ANY RECORDINGS WITH MY UPC TV BOX
Here's what you can do
CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION WITH THE MENU ITEM “DIAGNOSIS” IN THE SETTINGS
To access it, please go to Settings > Info > Diagnosis
If your Internet connection is stable, the ticks glow in green. If the Internet speed is shown as “high”, this also indicates a stable Internet connection. If both are present, but you still have a poor connection, please go to step 2.
If the Internet speed is not stable, please follow the link below.
PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER
Please try the recording again a little later. Normally this takes care of the problem. If it still doesn’t work after several tries, go to the next step.
PLEASE CHECK THE NETWORK STATUS
You can view service notices and disruptions in real time. Our notifications are updated continuously. If there is a problem due to an outage, you will see it here.
