I CAN’T PROGRAMME ANY RECORDINGS WITH MY UPC TV APP
Here's what you can do
RESTART THE APP
Completely close the application, restart it, and try the recording function again. If the problem persists, please try again later.
UPDATE THE APP
Please check whether you are using the latest version of the app. If not, install the update so that any errors are remedied and all functions are available.
CHECK WHETHER YOU ARE LOGGED IN WITH THE RIGHT ACCOUNT
Make sure that you are logging in to the UPC TV App with the right credentials. If not, enter the correct data so that you have access to all the services. Make sure you are logging into the account that is connected to your UPC TV Box.
