If this does not solve the problem, try another LAN cable or connect the UPC TV Box to the modem over the wifi. Important: The LAN cable gives you the best possible connection.
To check the network connection of your UPC TV Box afterwards, click on the gear icon in the menu. Then click Info on the right. Select the menu item “Diagnosis” in order to view the status and speed of your connection.
