What does the error message mean?

Your network connection is too slow.

This is how you can proceed:

CONNECT YOUR UPC TV BOX TO THE LAN CABLE

  • Check if the modem is connected to the Internet.
  • Check if the UPC TV Box is connected to the modem via a wifi or LAN cable.
  • If you are connected via wifi, connect the UPC TV Box to the modem with a LAN cable and check if the problem has been solved. The LAN cable gives you the best possible connection.

OPTIMIZE YOUR WIFI

If a connection with a LAN cable is not possible, then follow our tips and tricks in order to optimize your WiFi, and afterwards establish a WiFi connection again.

TAKE THE SPEED TEST

If your Internet connection is still too slow, then we recommend taking the speed test. That way you can find out how fast your Internet is and get tips for optimising your connection.

To check the network connection of your UPC TV Box afterwards, click on the gear icon in the menu. Then click Info on the right. Select the menu item “Diagnosis” in order to view the status and speed of your connection.
