HOW DO I CHANGE THE STANDARD PIN CODE FOR PARENTAL CONTROL?

If you haven’t changed the PIN code yet, the following PIN code is set by default:

  • UPC TV Box, UPC TV App: 0000

HERE'S HOW TO CHANGE THE PIN CODE FOR YOUR TV BOX:

Open the settings.

Click on "Parental Control" and select "Change PIN".

Since the UPC TV Box and the UPC TV App synchronize, the personalised PIN code is automatically applied.

If you forget your PIN, you can easily reset it using the UPC TV App or via upctv.ch in the settings under "Parental Control". Or you can contact UPC to have your PIN reset.
