BASIC TV - PICTURE ISSUES
I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PICTURE
Here's what you can do:
MAKE SURE THERE IS AN ACTIVE SIGNAL
Low picture quality is generally due to signal issues. Please check the cabling between the TV and the socket.

Make sure that the cable is properly connected on both ends.

Unplug the cable from the TV and from the socket and plug it back in.

Make sure that neither the cable nor the socket show any sign of physical damage.

Make sure that the TV set is directly connected to the wall socket: in other words, verify that there is only one cable in place, without any splitter or socket distributor in between.

The cable should have a maximum length of 10 metres. If this is not the case, you can request a new cable by clicking the link below.
