I SEE AN "ENCRYPTED SIGNAL" MESSAGE
Here's what you can do:
CHECK THE LIST OF BASIC TV CHANNELS
If you see an "encrypted signal" message, check the list of Basic TV channels to verify whether the channel you selected is available in your Basic TV offer.
To view the list of available channels and the corresponding channel number, click on the link below and scroll to the section called "Download the channel list for Horizon & Basic TV”.
SUBSCRIBE TO UNAVAILABLE CHANNELS
If the desired channels are not included in Basic TV, you can subscribe to a suitable UPC TV subscription. Check our existing offers by clicking on the link below.
