To keep you up to date, we regularly inform you of changes that we make to the TV
portfolio. When we make portfolio changes, channels can be removed, and new ones can be added. On 4th of June 2024, we are making changes to the channel line-up which are TV Box specific.
If you are using the latest UPC TV Box, you don’t need to do anything. The number of channels available to you is increasing.

If you are using an older TV Box or Digicard, you may be subject to a reduction in the channels available to you. If you are impacted, you will have received a communication in the recent months to notify you of these changes.
You may need to perform a channel search to continue watching existing channels. Please see instructions below.
Important: You should not perform any manual update before 4th of June 2024 12:00.
Customers in the Regions of Lucerne, Obwalden, Nidwalden, Sion and Uri: When performing a channel search, please ensure you review the settings and parameters. Your channel settings most likely need to be updated.
