Simply select the UPC device you would like to return to us and follow the instructions that appear. Please also note the respective terms and costs on the right to avoid additional costs.
If your device is not listed, you can keep it or hand it in for disposal at no charge in the electrical department of a store (e.g. Melectronics, Interdiscount etc.).

COSTS
Rented UPC receivers (modem, router, TV Box etc.) are to be returned undamaged. The charges for damaged or defective devices are:
Giga Connect Box: CHF 143.-
Connect Box: CHF 60.-
UPC TV Box: CHF 116.-
RETURN DEADLINE
In the event of cancellation, receivers must be returned promptly and undamaged, if this is stipulated in the confirmation of cancellation. If the deadline is not complied with, UPC will charge a fee of CHF 49. The costs for damaged devices (see above) will be charged in addition.
HERE’S HOW TO RETURN YOUR DEVICE
CREATE RETURN LABELS AND PRINT THEM OUT
If you already have label - great! If not, you can create a separate label for every package that you would like to send back. Of course you can also send back more than one device per package. Please note that a printed label can only be used once.
STICK THE LABEL ON THE PACKAGE
Please take care to attach the label carefully and clearly visibly on the lower right of the largest surface of the package.
RETURN THE DEVICE
There are various different ways you can return the package:
- Via a Päckli Punkt location
- pick@home (collection by post)
- By post (see below for the address)
