If you do not need your package subscription (Internet, TV, landline) or your mobile subscription for a certain time, you can pause your UPC products via My UPC.

On our new usage overview you will find a clear overview of your running costs, see how much data volume you have used and what the last call abroad cost.
Transfer your account – easy and safe directly in My UPC
You want to transfer your UPC account to another person? No problem. The new designed Account Transfer tool allows you to transfer all of your UPC products and services directly in My UPC.
Detailed Service Status in My UPC
You can find a new and detailed view over the current status of your services in My UPC. Always be informed about current disruptions and maintenance work.
Track your order in My UPC
Are you waiting for your mobile-order? Now you can always check the status of your order in My UPC. You can see where your ordered products are and whether we need something from you, such as porting forms or an identity check – all at one glance.

Do you want your family or friends to benefit from all the advantages of your UPC products? My UPC lets you create free user accounts for your family and friends so they can enjoy Online TV and Wi-Free too.
Change your payment date
Would you prefer to pay your bills at a different time of the month? In My UPC you can select your desired payment date.
Easy relocation
Notify us online of your move at My UPC and save the processing fee of CHF 35 for switching your services.

You can now find all of your monthly usage costs on an overview page – shown simply and clearly.
