THE WI-FI BOOSTER IS NOT WORKING

THE WIFI BOOSTER IS NOT WORKING

Here's what you can do:

REBOOT THE BOOSTERS

Please disconnect the wif booster(s) by unpluging it from the power socket. Then pull the booster that is connected to the modem out of the power socket. Now wait 30 seconds. Reconnect the main booster connected to the modem. Now wait 30 seconds. Reconnect the remaining wifi booster(s).  Both boosters should reflect flashing green lights when connecting. Once the connection is successfully established the lights will stop flashing.

USE THE CONNECT APP TO ENHANCE THE WIFI BOOSTER SERVICE

Once you have reset your boosters to further optimise your service download the Connect App. Here you can can scan your entire home and the app will give guidance to the next best point of action. You are also able to order new boosters.

Please disconnect the Wifi boosters by unplugging them from their power sockets according to the image below. First, disconnect Booster 2. Then, disconnect Booster 1. Now wait 30 seconds. After that, reconnect Booster 1 to the power socket. Now wait 30 seconds. Reconnect the remaining Wifi Booster(s). All boosters should reflect flashing green lights when connecting. Once the connection is successfully established the lights will stop flashing.
