ONLINE REACTIVATION
WHICH FEES CAN BE INCURRED?
Reminder fees (CHF 25) can be incurred in the event of late payment.
The payment period is generally 18 to 20 days. You can always find the exact payment deadline for your bills on the upper right of your UPC bill.
Non-payment can lead to your connection being blocked. There is a charge for reactivation.
CONNECTION ACTIVATION
If your connection is blocked, there are various options for making your services available again quickly.
Activate services online in My UPC
In
My UPC you can pay the outstanding total amount fast and securely with the following paying methods:
- Twint
- credit card
Your services will be then reactivated
within a few minutes.
Payment of the outstanding amount
As soon as you have paid the entire outstanding amount, your connection will be automatically reactivated. This normally takes 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment.
Reactivation by e-mail or fax
Pay the amount due with a pay-in slip and send us the proof of payment by e-mail to express@upc.ch or by fax to 058 388 53 32. Reactivation generally takes place within 24 hours.
For this activation we also need the following information from you:
- First and last name
- Customer number
- Complete address
Bank transfer information
Please use the account details from the reminder or invoice for your transfer.
Reactivation fees
Reactivation of the connection will incur a one-off fee of CHF 65. For reactivation by e-mail or fax an additional processing fee of CHF 25 will be incurred.

You’d like to be notified by e-mail or SMS when a new bill is available? Then activate the notification function in My UPC.
PAPERLESS BILL
In My UPC you can indicate whether you would like to receive your bill in paper form by post (CHF 3 per bill) or electronically by e-mail/as eBill (free).
