Competition

UPC Switzerland LLC (hereinafter "UPC") provides you with the participation in the competition on the basis of these terms of use.

UPC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and to publish the amended version of these Terms of Use at www.upc.ch/en/competition. 

If you do not agree to the terms of use or the amended version, or if you are not able to comply with them, you shall not or no longer be permitted to enter the competition.

Under the competition participants, prizes will be raffled. 

All persons who are over 18 years of age and who are domiciled in Switzerland are entitled to participate. 

There is no purchase constraint. The legal process is excluded. No cash payment of the profit. The winners will be notified in writing. 

UPC shall be free to cancel the contest if it appears that, in any form whatsoever, irregularities have occurred in the competition or in the determination of the winners. Participants concerned can be excluded from the competition without justification and the prize can be withheld from them. 

Responsibility for all content is exclusively yours.

By participating in the Contest, you agree that UPC may use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy (see www.upc.ch/privacypolicy). 

Until cancelled in writing, you consent in particular to UPC using your details for its own marketing purposes

To the extent permitted by law, UPC excludes all liability arising from participation in the competition.

These terms of use are subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction shall be Zürich 1, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
